My usual doctor was out on maternity leave (who I also really like) so I had an apt with this doctor. She was equally as great! Quick process, she knew what she was doing and was extremely comforting for the reason I went it. Front staff was nice as well. My only complaint is I had called prior to my apt with a question and the lady I spoke with was not as nice.

Wesley the CNA was so Kind and Thorough—just a breath of fresh air. First time receiving a painless flu shot! Amanda made me feel so comfortable—she has great bedside manner. This was my first time seeing her for an acute visit and I would love to have her as my primary care provider. She’s very knowledgeable and easy to talk to—kudos Amanda

Brande Andrews is awesome. She nice kind caring and helpful. I appreciate her seasons. Brande really explains and help me understand. When I need refills or medicine in general she'll send it to the pharmacy. I appreciate a Nurse Practitioner who she they care about their patients. Downside is it is hard to get an appointment when needed and not already have one. Also, when messaging her in the portal Brande doesn't respond directly and that sucks.

Brandi Andrews is one of the warmest and caring providers I have seen ever. I felt that she listened and did not rush me out the door. I’m so thankful to have found a primary provider!!! I’m fact the whole office was wonderful!

I was so happy to see Dr. Ramey! She was my oldest daughter’s first pediatrician at another clinic 7 years ago. We transferred to CHPG Southlands when my twins were born and Dr.Ramey’s schedule changed. For this appointment I was so thrilled that Dr.Ramey remembered so much about my daughters medical past that was from when she was her patient, it truly proves how much she cares about each and every child she treats! I would recommend her over and over.

I have been coming here close to 4 years and I see Dr Lona Arotin as my primary care provider. She is nothing short of excellent. Whenever I seek care from her I know I am listened to and in good hands. Could not recommend her more as a PCP.

I have used the doctors at this practice for years and have seen almost all of them at one point or another. They consistently provide compassionate care and have truly listened to my issues and helped come up with solutions to my medical issues that fit my lifestyle as a single mom. I love the care my family and I receive here and plan on being in this practice as long as they are open.

This was my first visit. Brande was very friendly and attentive. She asked questions to assess my medical needs. I’m very happy with the staff, as well.
